Third, sheet metal structure charging pile body anti-corrosion design
(1) Charging pile wallbox electric car charger body structure appearance can not have sharp corners design.

(4) Sheet metal welding to give full consideration to the outdoor environment, the external weld using full welding, to ensure that the product meets the IP54 waterproof requirements.
(5) For sealed welded structures such as door reinforcement, spraying can not enter the interior of the sealed structure, the use of spraying and then assembled, or galvanised sheet metal welding, or electrophoresis after welding and then spraying and other ways to improve the design.
(6) Welded structures should avoid situations such as narrow gaps and narrow spaces where spray guns cannot enter.
(7) Heat sinks should be designed as componentised as possible to avoid narrow welded seams and interlayers.
(8) The outsourcing lock lever, hinges, etc. try to use 304 stainless steel, neutral salt spray resistance time GB 2423.17 is not less than 96h.
(9) The nameplate fixing method is changed to waterproof core-pulling rivets or adhesive backing, and waterproof treatment must be done when screw fixing is required
(10) The selection of all fasteners should be selected zinc-nickel alloy plating or 304 stainless steel treatment, zinc-nickel alloy fasteners to meet the neutral salt spray test 96h without white rust, exposed fasteners are all 304 stainless steel material.
(11) zinc-nickel alloy fasteners to avoid the use of stainless steel and stainless steel material fit.
(12) Charging pile wallbox electric car charger installation foot hole need to be pre-processed, shall not be put on the charging pile after punching. The inlet hole at the bottom of the charging pile shall be sealed with fireproof mud to prevent surface water vapour from entering the pile body interior through the inlet hole. Silicone sealant can be applied between the pile body and the cement mounting platform after installation to strengthen the sealing at the bottom of the pile body.
