The "Plan" also mentioned that it will increase support for the trade-in of cars. Support automobile sales companies (including second-hand car dealers) to carry out "five-in" (enter exhibitions, enter parks, enter enterprises, enter government agencies and institutions, and enter public spaces) to promote consumption, and organize no less than 8 car trade-in promotions and tours each year. Encourage the provision of car purchase discounts and concessions through the issuance of replacement subsidies and the gift of charging piles. Update and renovate ev charger station that have exceeded their service life or are operating at overload, and guide the withdrawal of long-term ineffective charging piles. Support the sales of new energy vehicles, and set up new energy vehicle sales incentives for districts (cities) and counties. Continue to implement the incentive policy for scrapping and replacing old cars, optimize policy details, and expand policy publicity.
