In collaboration with property management companies, we transformed old communities by installing shared charging stations. By adopting time-of-use pricing strategies and flexible charging technology, residents’ electricity costs were reduced by 30%. The project also included ground lock management and QR code payment functions, eliminating the issue of fuel vehicles occupying charging spots. The project covered 10 communities, benefiting over 5,000 households, and became a municipal-level smart community demonstration case.
